Connecticut

Delaware

• The nation’s first state, Delaware, also has a first-in-its class anti-bullying law. BullyPolice.org gives it an A++.

Massachusetts

• The state law on bullying. Also contains a resource section to help victims of bullying and their parents/supports.

Maine

• State of Maine Bullying Prevention Website.
• PDF of their “best practices” guide in bullying prevention.

New Hampshire

• The New Hampshire state law via BullyPolice.org with a grade of A++.
• With this legislation, NH received an upgrade from BullyPolice.org from C to A++.

Rhode Island

• BullyPolice.org gives RI an A for its anti-bullying legislation.

Vermont
